How to redeem your FREE wash?
Step 1: Select Buy Single Wash
Open the app on your phone and select the button that says “Buy Single Wash”
Step 2: Check-In
The app is going to verify which location you are washing at so we make sure you get to choose from the right wash options. (You might have to allow the app to use your location.)
Step 3: Confirm your location
Once the app sees which location you are at, it will ask you to confirm. Select, “Yes.”
Step 4: Select your wash
This step will look different depending on which location you are at, but you’ll select the wash you’d like to use. This could be a 10-minute Self Serve Wash or one of our Touchless Automatic Washes.
Step 5: Redeem your wallet balance for your FREE wash
You will see a wallet balance that will cover any of our wash options. Select “Buy Using Wallet”
Step 6: Activate the wash
Depending on the type of wash you selected, you will be provided either:
A 5-digit Code - this will be entered on the payment station
A request to scan the QR code posted on the payment station
